Right of withdrawal :

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days, according to O.U.G. nr. 34/2014. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to notify the company ECHOS Furniture srl of his intention to return the purchased products, by sending an e-mail to : contact.boutique55@gmail.com, within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the products.

Effects of withdrawal :

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the products in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging, with all the documents that accompanied it : boxes, labels, instructions/other documents (if any) etc. ) , within no more than 14 days from the date on which the Customer notified the company ECHOS Furniture srl, about the intention to withdraw from the contract.

We return the value of the product, by Bank Transfer Payment, within 14 days at most from the date, on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from this Contract. The value of additional services, paid by the customer is not reimbursed (additional delivery costs, determined by the fact that a Customer has chosen a different delivery method, than the standard delivery method, offered by ECHOS Furniture srl). ECHOS Furniture srl can postpone the refund, until the date it receives back the products. In all cases, return/re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

The Customer’s right to cancel a Contract applies, only to products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used, if it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or if it is damaged (shows signs of use, scratched, cracked, missing parts, etc.), no longer subject to the right of withdrawal by the Client.
