Subject to the provisions of Article 5 above regarding the availability of products, unless there are extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to complete your order with the product (s), listed in the Order Confirmation by the date specified in the Confirmation or, if the estimated delivery date is not specified, within the estimated time indicated in the selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the Confirmation of Shipment.
However, delays may occur for reasons such as unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
If, for objective reasons, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this situation and give you the option to keep the order with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a refund of the full amount paid. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays.

In case of delivery by courier, in case the Customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the agreed time interval, the courier will return once again (after he manages to contact him), after which the order will be canceled and the product will be returned at the ECHOS Furniture srl headquarters. (the Customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products) . In this case, the delivery address of the package will be confirmed together, with a ECHOS Furniture customer advisor, by phone or by e-mail.
ECHOS Furniture srl is not responsible for defects in products, resulting from handling or transport by courier.
If the deadlines for delivery and / or initialization of the order cannot be met, ECHOS Furniture srl will notify the customer about these issues and about the estimated deadline for completion of delivery, without any party being able to claim damages from the other, regardless of the situation that caused the delay.
The risks of loss or damage to the goods, as well as any other additional expenses, caused by events that occurred after the goods were handed over to the carrier, pass from the seller to the Customer, when the goods were handed over to the carrier.
➤ The products can be delivered to the following countries : France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark .
➤ The delivery of the products, for the countries mentioned above is carried out by the courier company DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution). Standard delivery by DPD (max. 5 – 6 working days), with the possibility of online tracking of the parcel’s route, through the countries where it transits, by accessing the tracking application of the DPD courier (https://tracking.dpd.ro), using the number International AWB, which you have received by email.
The DPD courier will attempt delivery 2 times to the delivery address mentioned on the checkout page. If the delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to the ECHOS Furniture headquarter and the order will be cancelled, with the customer bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.
When the package leaves the ECHOS Furniture headquarters, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email, which also contains the AWB number of the package. To follow its route, please use the tracking application of the DPD courier ( https://tracking.dpd.ro ), according to the informations received in the shipping confirmation email .
